GM Kim......it's cloudy and gloomy in H-Town today so I'm feeling a little bit "disconnected" as well. Plus, I'm doing this 5 Day Pouch Test and can only have liquids today so I'm HONGRY too!

I am so looking forward to tomorrow when I get to eat some tuna, eggs and cottage cheese.....I can't wait

yes, the 5DPT is definitely a head game.....I made it through day 1 but it was soooo hard! Today is even worse because I keep thinking about the food I get to eat tomorrow and it's making me hungry. I just keep drinking water until my stomach hurts to try and keep my mind off of food.
