Ladies I need your advice!!! TMI, maybe.
Soooo, It is that time of the month once again and I need some advice. Every time I start I have one hell of an appetit. I feel like I have an endless stomach (and we all know that ain't the case). But seriously, I can eat and eat and eat the week I am on. It is just me or does any one else have the same problem. I also get hella craving so sweets. How do I shae this ladies?? Any advice would be helpful.

that's so normal..... I do that too. Just follow your body - you will be one cranky ***** if you try to diet while you are on your period - somebody could get KILT!!! LOL
Jus****ch and make sure you don't continue that pattern for more than that week - you should be fine. You can also do things to satisfy the sweet craving w/o all the calories - I do the 100 cal yoplait yogurts - fills the gills and fits the bill! LOL

I turn into a sweet tooth crack head
.....but scince sweets make me dump I seek out sugar free desserts....that seems to do it for me. After that week is over I am back in control of my crack head tendicies lol

It's truly ruff on me that week before the salty and sweet craving are on my back and of course it seems like I can eat tons of that crap but give me real food and the pouch will shut it down after a bite or two. Knock on wood I have been pretty fortunate to be able to work it back of the week afterwards , but usually I just give in to the craving and snack in moderation.
