Welcome to another glorious day in which you were able to open your eyes, swing those feet over the side of the bed and get up--even if you didn't want to. 
Today is yet another chance to make one's life phenomenal whether it be by continuing to do all it takes to continue on this weight loss surgery, or embarking on a sojourn of self-improvement.
For some, it may be a day of, what I like to call, Spring cleaning; where you exclude from your existence those people and elements that add detriment to your lives. For others, it may be self-reflection. Whatever you choose, it's only in an effort to make a better YOU tomorrow than you are today.
