I'm doing good considering this is my PMS week..... Made a fruit/green tea smoothie w/ added protein powder and flaxseed.

Thanks but trust me...this is unusual. Normally I get some crazy week long craving.  Last month it was sweet potato pie...month before it was fried chicken and coke!...smh.

Hey Cookie!!!!!

Ummm - much like the whole rib thing - I go WHOLE HOG!!!  LOL - no turkeys over here on my breakfast plate.

The lifting is cool - had some spotty weeks when work got hella crazy with end of year reviews and my traveling - but I AM loving the ass I got from doing all those squats!!!  But I cannot do a full set of push ups YET  to save my life!!!!

Yes ma'am - squats and deadlift, actually.  AND it helps tone the 'puddy' muscles.... shhh - don't tell nobody I tole you dat!  LMAOOOO
