Sorry folks forgot to post yesterday....

How did we do?
Yesterfay for me everything else was great vitamins,protein,and water but still ain't made it the gym...YET! I'm going out of town this afternoon and my only saving grace is thisis "home repair" weekend so I will df be mowing grass,moving boxes and things like that. I can't wait until its spring.

How about yall?

Yup same here with me did everything except the gym. The week isn't over yet and I vowed 3 days a week!!!

I suck so bad....took all vits, drank about 65 ozs of water, ate good until the dayum donuts came around, AND no exercise!  SMH

I  exercised Monday and Tuesday, my eating is pretty good, and I have been taking all vitamins.  So I am doing well.

We're doing great ladies!!! Its not about shying away when we didn't do its about holding us accountable and not totally throwing the week away.
