OT: I wish I had never bought......
I wish I never bought my Dodge Intrepid. It was used and started messing up shortly after. I went to trade it in and it had 9k in negative equity. 5k of that was tacked on to the Honda Accord that I'm paying for now.
I wish I'd never put down any money on the house that I'm buying now. It is being built and is costing me way more than I thought and now I'm seeing homes already built that are bigger, have all the upgrades that I'm putting into it and about 20 - 30k less. I just don't want to back out and lose all of the deposit I've paid in so far. Even though I would be saving money I just can't see giving someone thousands for nothing.

^5 on that Intrepid! I had one too - bought my brand new and the damn things have a DESIGN FLAW - yes a DESIGN FLAW in the crank and cam sensors..... it's the same design flaw they carried over to the 300M - my BF has one of those and it SUCKS wind too!!!! LOL
I ended up with 8K of negative equity that's in my Infiniti now - but I tell you this - NEVER AGAIN WILL I DRIVE A DOMESTIC!!!!!!
so
my sista as we try to chill from working off these balances - but at least we are doing it in a car we KNOW will LAST!!!!!!!!
and umm.... sorry bout the house thing - I bought mine off my moms (30yr old house) and gutted then remodeled it. Only pay taxes on 60% of its value because of the area and tax zoning and have every major amentiy (sp) I could want - new house be damned!!!!
hope it works out tho......

Girl you don't know how bad I was praying that the bank wouldn't approve me for the loan. It was so bitter sweet when they called and told me I was approved. Glad to know I can get approved for that amount, but not for this house. I was thinking about trying to tack on every upgrade under the sun and see if they'll take back this commitment letter they've given me and deny me. I'm buying this one by myself, but if I ever get married and the hubby and I decide to buy something else at least I know.
Ok, don't laugh cuz I'm dead serious... some of you all who are years post op may not remember this sound...
I wish I didn't buy a girdle that whispers when you walk!!!!
Hell, as it is without one, the thighs are in constant negoiation with each other - you let me by, I'll let you by... so goes the fight with left and right thigh.
