Found Money, What would you do?

They need an emotion or smiley or whatever you call them, on here that shouts. I would have been shouting and praising God all the way to the bank. I can just hear the piano and organ in the background now...dondondondon dondondondon...y'all know that shoutin music right.

My bank though did put the name of the person it was going to on mine though when I got one a couple of months ago.

It would be mighty hard not to ca**** but...yeah I would be scared to. 

Okay. It probably would be too good to be true, but I'd hold on to that check for as long as I could.

I was reading this story earlier on the net. Cash I would take it and run with with.


HOWEVER, if you sign or endorse ANYTHING that is that meant to go to you it is FRAUD and FORGERY.

Unless you rob a bank and they put the famous ink in there cash is NOT traceable.


Cashiers Check are NOT automatically cleared UNLESS you have the funds in your account to cover that amount, a bank can EASILY put a hold on a cashier or any type of check.  Do you think a bank will just hand over cash from a cashiers check with NO identification???

Yeah. Let the back of bank truck fling open and that's all she wrote.  By the way, I know it doesn' t happen often, but why am I never around when the money's flying out the Brink truck. I mean, let a sista know...

but the check wasn't made out to anyone - you are forging it if you countersign and it's not you.

Have you ever lost a money order that wasn't made out?  You get your $$ back?

I would have had to turn it in.  I can't count someone's lost my blessing.  That's the same thing I would want someone to do for me.  Who knows she may have needed it for her surgery...or something very important. 

It's good to know that you'd be one less person looking through trash for a check. Stay honest.
