HEY CANDY CANE!!!!

My plan is as follows:

B - Carnation instant breakfast
S - Strawberry  Protein Shake
Lunch - Banana Protein Shake
S - Banan Protein Shake
D - Soup

I'm going back to basics this week.  a minimum of 64oz of water
I've taken all my vitamins and will do my walk away the pounds tape this morning!
I was once a mess!!  My mess is now my message!! WLS saves lives!!  I'm living proof!

I know right!  Well I don't have any numbers in my phone cause I got my other phone wet :-( LOL.  So you'll have to call me.  Still got my Number right?  Yeah, you've got experiement.  I had too I bored very easily.  I use the 100% Whey Protein Shakes from GNC they come in all kinds of flavors.  Sometimes I'll mix the strawberry and banana one and pretend I'm having a smoothie LMAO.

How've you been???  How's the fam?

I have been hooked on strawberry's lately....   I make them all the time for the fam believe it or not I just don't do them lol.

The fam's good...the kids are playing soccer so it crazy trying to coordinate everything but it's fun...

I'm good trying to be like your skinny but.  I hope you and the family are good as well.....

I believe I still have it....

Good Morning Kim and BAF,

My plan for today is Dance class and choir rehersal this morning.

B- Oatmeal
S- EAS protien shake
L- grill salmon
S- vanilla protien shake
D- broiled crab cakes

All morning vitiamins in and walking on my water hoping I can get about 36 oz today.

I do praise dance at church.  I am lookin at everyone food getting idea on other thing I can cook. I am happy today I notice that I am 4 pound away from my first goal.

the Cold demon has set himself upon my shoulders as of yesterday so my only plan for today is to get back in bed and watch TV all day - On demand has episodes of the Wire - I never watched it before so I might get through the whole show today.... LOL!!! 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
