So this weekend I pick up a few items. Guess what I am down another pant size I can wear a 22 now in jeans and dress pants. I also bought only 1X shirts. I am excited my tool is really working. I am going keep up my good habits I have learned it is so worth it. Have a wonderful day. I am off today so I going to get my workout on. I am so happy from a tight 28 and 3X shirt. Praise God!
