Breakfast:   Extreme Smoothie Protein Shake

Lunch:  Mashed Potatoes and Jasmine Tea with Organic Honey

DInner:  Steamed cabbage, steamed squash with sweet onion and parsley new potatoes

Gallon of diet tea/ crystal lite pink lemonade / Jasmine Tea / Indian Tea

Hello.

Late BUT here....   B- Strawberry and yogurt.--with a scoop of proten powder   L- Same as breakfast... and a couple of doritos...I know I know

D- A salad topped with tuna...

Exercise....ab work out, and 48oz of water so far...

2nd round of vitamins on the way.
