I plan on getting in my 80-100g of protien, that's not the problem. In weight loss mode us DSers try to keep carbs below 50g. You can eat protien and fat all ya like but carbs are evil!! lol I'm gonna stay under 75g, at least try to. I went to Trader Joe's last week so I got lots of good stuff in the freezer.
I am def going to spin class Tuesday and Thursday, I love that class. My new crib has one of those state of the art fitness rooms and I can't wait! Plus I plan on doing laps in the pool at least 2xs a week. Oh I'm gonna get all my condo fee's worth LMAO

I can't find the info right now, so remind me later, but anywho, there is some guy Ryan something that has a program that promises kick ass arms in 6 weeks. The basic premise is working the largest muscle group in the body, the legs. I think that's probably a good idea, on my biggest looser workouts they say working the largest muscle group boosts your fat burning and builds muscle. I've heard that too many times for it to not make sense.

Well based on what I have lost thus far and taking in account the fact that you lose less as time goes on I made a chart based on Sunday weigh ins and where I want to be...On 8/30 my schedule tells me I should be approximately 180...that is what I have to lose from 4/14 to 8/30...That is 4 1/2 months...I can do it.





Hi QT...I really do my chart based on realistic things (though nothing is really realistic with this WLS)...But I take into consideration "that time of the month" and parties on holidays and I really kind of figure out what I can do if I give it my all...44 lbs in 4.5 months...I better get to that or else I am putting myself on punishment...lol...I am starting to exercise now so after that I am going to see how it helps my progress.
