Honeymooners POSSE UP!!!
Hey QT... Count me in... . I want to lose 30 pounds by Labor Day. I plan to go to the gym at least 4-5 times a week. I plan to get person trainer because although I want to lose 30 pounds more, my surgeon told me that I just need to tone! BUT I want to see the numbers on the scale. So, count me in for the challenge.
Q T - please count me in.....I would love to lose another 40-50 lbs by September......
My plan is to exercise at least 3x a week, drink at least 64 oz of water daily and keep my calories between 1200-1500 daily.......

In life, and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.
Well i have been away for a while and see I chose the right day to get it in gear. QT....I'm in...not sure bout the butt part but uhhh....we'll see....
Still thinking of a challenging amount of weight......I may change this but lookin at 50 pounds by Labor day...
