Fruit and Vegetable Detox/What R U Eating?

How long are we doing this again? Are you going to post your meal plan daily. To make it easy on myself...I think I will just mimic you for now...going to the store after work. Did not realize it would be this hard. I only messed up a little yesterday morning but got on track for the day. I did find myself having problems getting vegetables in after eating some hibachi vegetables (not fully cooked). I see why you mentioned not to skip meals. Did find myself focused so much on what I was eating that I did not drink as much water. Need to watch this for today.
For today:
B- Apple & Protein Shake
L- Cabbage & Corn
Snack - Protein Chicken Flavored Soup
D-Vegetable Soup, Salad
S- Applesauce with Splenda and Cinnamon

Had a good Detox day yesterday 
Keeping it going today........
Breakfast ...protein shake and coffee
Snack ......peach
Lunch ....red seedless grapes and vegatable mix of snow peas, peppers and yellow squash
Snack...cashews (Is that allowed ??? ) and coffee
Dinner finish salad left overs from last night (meat less salad )
And all the water that I can manage to squeeze in today
