WOW! it's been a year already???
it's been a year since my surgery and I can honestly say it's been the best year of my life! I just wanted to thank all of you for your support and advise it really means a lot to me. I'm 100 pounds down, still not at my goal yet but man oh man I thank God because I'm not were I used to be!
