When I first tried it a few years ago they did hurt, but this time when I started back up...no pain at all. You can go to a Sportin goods store and get one of those seat pads though if it's bad.

Try it!!! Come on, this whole journey is about new beginnings. Get your azz on dat seat!! LOL
