For Older Post-ops: "I'm SOOOO Hungry!"
I eat the oatmeal for fiber....along with yogurt, fresh fruit and veggies, but I was not doing enough protein to fill me up....I was snacking on air popped popcorn and stuff....the deli meat and cheese is still a great snack and for bkfast ~bowing head in shame~ I was eating cheese biscuits, pancakes, and bagels!
