Are you still at 600 calories?
I've seen a lot of folks working with 600/per day for starters! If that's you, how long did you stay at 600?

what's your calorie intake NOW (to maintain your weight loss)?

Naw seriously - I do about 1600-1800 a day unless I am acting a pure damn fool and get up to 2K

Well - for the last couple weeks - no lie, I have been doing probably 2100-2600 a day - so my ass gained!!
When I am acting right - I am in the gym 3xs a week doing strength training and a lil cardio - because of that activity, I can do the 1600-1700. Depending on what else I got going, I can do a couple 2000 cal days a month with no problem.
It is all in the balance of intake to activity - the less you do - the less yo azz can eat. But it always seems that the less you do, the MORE you wanna eat!!! LMAO
