Breakfast-
2 packs of banana & creme oatmal
1/2 tbsp of margarine
2 packets of equal
Snack-
1 fiber plus bar chocolate & almonds
Lunch -
2 oz of jenny-o turkey pastrami
1.5 cup of romaine lettuce
1/8 cup of shredded swiss & gruyere cheese
1/2 tsp of ground flaxseed
1 tbsp almonds
1 tbsp cranberry/orange craisins
1 tbsp seneca apple chips
2 tbsp ken's healthy choice italian dressing ( 45 calories )
Snack -
Yoplait yogurt pina colada flavor
4 -5 bottles of water today ....1 bottle down already
