Thanks for the update.  Yeah.,  I am one of ones that got left behind .  But, there is an up side.  I am moving my behind 5-6 days per week now.  3 of those days I do interval running.  Thank you for motivating me! I've been doing a Tower weight training class at lunch one day per week.  I am trying to increase the weight training to twice per week.   That's the next goal.  Good luck with moving on to the 8K.
