Hey little sis... I can't LIE... I hate that I can't get my workout on... I'm getting ready to go and walk the dog in a few... I am sick and tired of not walking... I feel trouble... My FAT ASS DID LOSE SOME WEIGHT THOUGH AFTER SURGERY... A GOOD 11 POUNDS and all I did was LAYED my FAT ASS DOWN, POP PILLS, GAVE ORDERS, CUSSED MOJO's OUT and PLAYED ON THE BLACKBERRY WHILE MESSING AROUND ON FACE BOOK... LOL...

I'm happier than a runaway slave with papers and all... BUT I am walking Moncho this morning... BUT ANSWER this... WHY THE HELL is this DOG in my daughter BED SNORING?  LMAO...

I feel REAL GOOD this morning... I'm going to TAKE it EASY... cause I know yo ASS is going to say that... LOL

Hi Trina.  I was making excuses but they weren't valid.  Now my arse has a legitimate excuse (severely sprained/bruised toe) and guess what I want to exercise...go figure.  Great post.

Ok - so lower body may be out - but what about upper body?  you can SIT and lift weights......

LOL you are too funny.  You would be proud of me.  I have been doing the hand weights and still doing my leg lifts etc.  I have been doing the exercises that does not require me to stand or to use my foot.  What's funny is I want to walk 50 miles now that I can't.

  well see - you ARE exercising!!!!!  just cause you can't do what you WANT to do doesn't mean you shouldn't do what you CAN...... and you're doing GREAT!!!!!

Keep it up - you will be running in no time!!!

Great post.  I am aspiring to start working out more.  I star****er aerobics on Tuesday and Thursdays.  I am gonna start my walking back up on Mondays and Wednesdays.  


I am actually feeling a little excited about it too.   

Whom ever said that people who have WLS are taking the easy way out, have never had this experience.  This is a journey and a major challenge.  Step by step I am striving to make it as a loser!!

Mack,

I just got my hair done.
I'm still in pain from the last workout.
My knees are too bad.
I don't have enough time.

It all boils down to, I'm just plain lazy as hell. .

But I'b been 3 times this week how about you?
