Gurl when you find a good one let me know. I was craving some bbq sauce last week and bought some bbq strips from a restaurant and that sucka had me dumping for over an hour, I was miserable.

That's cause Barbeque sauce is mostly sugar and not good for newbies.

Dang - you supposed to find one low in sugar????

I musta skipped that note..... LOL!!!!

I have used some sugar free ones - but they needed 'help' with splenda, lemon juice and cayenne.....

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Hi All,

I amonly 6 weeks post op but I have tried the chik fil a sauce to help as a slider for my chicken and I didn't dump, but I know everyone is different.. Most are way further out then me and can usually tolerate more further out...
