I read about how many worry about whether they are getting balanced nutrition so I just thought I'd share another source that I ran across at Vitamin Shoppe.  My toddler hates to eat (I sometimes wonder if it's because he was my PostOp baby and I barely ate while preggo?)  Anyway I mix the powder in shakes for him and have even begun putting it in my afternoon protein smoothie.  Is it super helpful? I don't know...just providing an additional source.

Each serving provides: apple, beets, apricots, banana, pumpkin, mango, red pepper, peach, pineapple, black cherry juice, green bean, cabbage, collard greens, raspberry, strawberry, watermelon, cucumber, spinach, celery, carrot and brocolli.

Serving = 1 scoop - 28 calories; 3g sugar,  2g fat, 0 calories from fat.

My son's (3yo) doctor had me add miralax to one of his drinks 2x a day because  he eats so badly and stays constipated.  They sell it everywhere....cvs, walmart...etc.  Since he eats yogurt I started giving him that Activia brand too since that is  suppose to help w/ regulating as well.

Thank you for this information.  I have a problem with my son's eating as well.  He is actually losing weight and he's bony enough as is.  They wanted me to start giving him milkshakes at night to up his weight.  I think I will give this stuff a try too since he will only eat a bite or two of veggies and doesn't like fruit.
