I didn't have as good of a week as I would have liked. I've gotten so far off track...gonna have to tighten the reigns. I did gte more water in this week. I didn't get in all the days of  exercise i wanted...which is where I'm having an issue anyway...this week will be better I'm sure.

This week was ok but I didn't get much exercise in. I've been trying to get my protein in again but it's hard for me right now. I plan to start the couch to 5k this week and get my protein in no matter what. Only down one pound so far (weigh in every Monday).

Any honeymooners wanna start the Couch to 5k with me?
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

I had a great week!  Apparently everything worked because the scale is down 10 lbs.  I'm perplexed and amazed, but I'm gonna keep it moving.

I'm journaling everything I eat, pushing fluids and exercising with "the firm"

Hey .. I noticed the advertisement for the "3size smaller ...."  Does this really work?  Have you tried it.  My friend just got one ... and she is loving hers.  But, it seems so ?????.... I don't know.

Morning,
I had a good week.  I hit the gym 3x.  My eating got better during the course of the week.  On Monday night I gave in to temptation and ate a piece of fried chicken breast and macaroni salad, ever since my weight went up and took it's sweet time coming back down.  Right now I think that I am at my starting point from last week so this week I'll  continue with my workouts and resist cravings for unhealthy foods.

I made curry chicken w/brown rice & brussel sprouts, I know they don't go but I needed a green veggie.
& shrimp bisque (soup) chock full of veggies yum!

So I am off to a good start for the week!

I had a bad week according to the scale.  I've been playing with the same 1-2 pounds for the last month.  I had an injury about a month or so ago and had to take two rounds of steriods...  My weight loss stalled after that.  I was losing 2 pounds a week up till that point.  I got on the elliptical 30 mintues every day and got in my water and protein.  I talked with my doctors office about the stall and they said I'm still on track with my weight loss.  I'm going to trust that they know what they are talking about.  As long as I'm not gaining it's all good.
