Mmmh... my week was okay... On the weekends I don't get all my water in. Now when I'm working I get well over 80 ounces of water in. I don't have a problem with taking all my vitamins (this is the easiest to me).  As far as exercise got my 3 days in.

I really need to increase my protein. I'm going to order some.  I only weigh myself twice a month. So my next weigh in will be on the 27th.

I gained 2 pounds of water weight thanks to my monthly visitor. I didn't do too much exercising during the week, but worked my tail off at the gym Sat. I'll be back in the gym starting Tuesday.

Hello!!!

This past week was ok..lost 3-4lbs.  I need to increase my water on average got in about...50oz.

I will make this week even better...
