Hey Ma.

I DON'T have an exercise plan for this week.    I know, I know!!  I can't keep it in gear.  I walked three miles on Saturday, and barring any rain, I will be chasing my son as I teach him how to ride his new bike this evening. 

So far today, I've had one liter of water . . . 2 more to go.  Assuming my tool is in a cooperative mood, I'll get in @ 60 grams of protein.  I weigh in on Thursday.

I am going to have my iron level checked.  It's dangerously low, and I struggle with the side effects.

I'm up 3 pounds after spending a weekend at mom's house but overall, I'm down 5.4 pounds since the April 1.  My goal is to loose about 15 more pounds by my birthday in June.

I'm headed out the door now to start this 8K program.  My eating has been great, had my m&m's on Saturday as usual and ready to start working on loosing up my ne "bathroom jeans." 

I will get in all my water and I think i'm going to give up the sugar free Hawaiian Punch for a while.  It has become an obsession.

Down 1.5 lbs and thats even with being in New Orleans for class this weekend.  All this travelling has been hell but at least the scale hasn't gone up!  Lets see what I can do by Labor Day!

Didn't lose anything, but I am back in my 14's. I am spinning my azz off at the gym and I'm loving it. Received several complements last week that I look smaller.
