Vet Food Question

Watching all these folks complain about protein shakes, I couldn't help but wonder if they are just talking themselves out of liking it...so this got me to thinking

Do any of you Vets have a food(s) that you have talked yourself into not liking to eat...a food that you are afraid to eat?

I know I do this...bread, rice, cakes, pies, oreo cookies, juice, soda, sweet tea, pasta...I mentally tell myself that if I eat these things they will make me sick....these things mainly bread were my weakness, so I don't mess around eating them...play with fire so to speak

What foods are you afraid to eat...or talked yourself into not liking?

Hell - that's a trick i need to TRY!!  LOL - cause right now I ain't having NO problems!!!!  LMAOOOO

i do avoid REALLY serious high sugar foods - and some breads - not enough, appearently.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

crash and frickkin BURN!!!!  But I do it anyway sometimes - yea, that's plain stupid, but hey - nobody said the fat chick in your head would DIE after WLS - you just get that heffa to shut up most of the time.

Well tell me this Lee...do you eat something high and fat and justify it by telling yourself it is okay because you work out?

I am kind of over the m&m's demon because I only have a pack a week instead of 2 packs a day.  One day at a time is how I roll. 

I can eat a lot more than most people because I workout so much but right now I only have 9 weeks before I leave for Egypt and S. Africa so i'm keeping my diet really clean, but on average I yes I do feel like I can have stuff because I will burn it off.
