Hello How are you?

What do you mix with your unflavored Unjury? Because as a pre-op it has a profoundly nasty after taste. I've tried mixing it with crystal light but that only helps a little.

I am scared to death of ice cream, milkshakes, plain milk and syrup Other than that, I aint scurred of nothin'  although I will only eat the crust of pizza if it is the crispy, extra thin.  Sweets were never my issue before surgery so now, I have no problem with an occasional piece of cake, pie or candy.

yeah, I did good for a long time......I just started this weight gain crap over the last 3 years or so!  I know the reason is because I got too comfortable with stuff and forgot all about the "rules" I used early out.  I learned how to eat whatever i wanted but just in smaller quantities but then I guess over a period of time, my pouch stretched a bit and I was able to eat more and more and more.   Plus, I honestly NEVER exercised on a regular basis.  When my daughter was in the band in High School, I chaperoned every event and did a whole lot of walking in parades and stuff.  That was about the most exercise I got.  She graduated 5 years ago and I haven't done anything consistently since then.  Thus, the 27 pound weight gain!

I really hope the newbies are reading and learning from our mistakes because it is sooooo easy to fall back into the same pattern that got us fat in the first place.

I lied, I forgot all about milk and ice cream.  I couldn't have either of those post op either.
That just goes to show how fearful I am of those, and that's only because they literally make me feel like DEATH!

I don't know very many people that can eat ice cream....I loved it pre-op...run from it now...ew ew ew

See that feeling you got thinking about it...just apply it to something else you don't have no business eating..feel me?
