Hi Treena,

Not gonna preach but you probably have heard and know this already but if it was easy to lose weight and keep it off, oh would probably not exist, I do know how great it feels to get some lbs off and I pray and hope that you find it in you to get back on track and make things happen.

Aiight - here it goes - I got a challenge out for all the vets and I ain't even gonna ASK you to participate - I AM ENROLLING YOU

We are rolling until Labor Day - and checking in every week.  No particular plan required, but Imma challenge you RIGHT now to:

Cut out carbs down to 40g a day
No fried foods
80g of protein a day
80 oz of water a day
FULLL vitamin regime - EVERYDAY, no excuses

Exercise of SOME sort 3xs a week - don't give me the 'I'm tired' or bullshiot - you can do stretches and basic things at home, beside your damn bed if you have to.

It begins TODAY, RIGHT NOW and I don't wanna hear no back talking - you want that 40 off or do you wanna post back on here after Labor Day that it's turned into 80?

No choices - I refuse to LET you go there!!!!

looks like today is almost half over - you are behind on your water and most likely on protein to - GET TO IT!!!!

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

You know I am thinking...Treena was always one to excercise..maybe she should just concentrate on the food intake

I know my black azz don't excercise for shiot and I am able to lose the weight

Actually Ro - it's a food/ activity combo.  One thing I notice about me - when I exercise, I can eat about anything, but when I fall off - it's HARD to get back on.  At this point - I have been back eating right, but all it takes is ONE DAY for me to put a WHOLE pound BACK on!!!

i was 192 saturday - acted a small fool on Sunday 193 TODAY still - after being good yesterday.  Depending on the person and body type/processing it really varies.

One thing I can tell about Treena is that her activity really is what keeps her somewhat in control - of all the posts and all the times we have been on here - she would stall and not gain if she kept her activity AND her eating right.  Her true challenge is balance and consistency.  The longevity challenge is adapting when life situations become an issue and not letting all plans go to heck

Hello Ms. JusChanJN Me:

I am going to be as delicate as I think I can be right here. But you are what I call a Vampire. You suck out Life, then you blame eveything else for your problems/failures. Maybe you are clinically depressed or ill, I don't know, but most people I know who find themselves ill have been helped by just stop saying, Me, Me, Me, I, I, I. They get outside of themselves and Give, Give, Give, Do, Do, Do. What type of person has the attitude that someone else's Success some how diminishes them (makes them feel bad)?

May I recommend a book: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Read it, then go back and DO the Exercises; You must DO the Exercises! Then get, The 8th Habit (also by Stephen Covey) and the Workbook and DO what is asked. Believe it or not it took Me almost 2 years to complete one of the exercises in the 7 Habits (My Values). I thought I knew Myself but you have to go reeealll deep for that and it was an Evolutionary Process (that's where my screen name came from; during that process I learned what a Value truly is, and I learned to Value Myself...) I know for some Covey is a hard read, but usually that is because he is NOT a quick fix! He is NOT a motivational speaker (like Les brown or TD Jakes...), he is about Life Change, real change that makes you go Deep (it takes Time!). Begin the 7 Habits as a year long project, work it in the evenings for 2-3 hours a day, see what happens.

Be Well, Live Well
I Am Most Excellent - Affirmed Only Of GOD.
I wish for You, what I pray for Myself: Wellness, Happiness and Success In ALL Things Good!
I know for Sure I Control: My Attitude and Effort, My Health and Happiness.
