Just know that you are NOT alone. I too have gained some (20lbs) weight. My weight will forever be a struggle. I know and you know what WE need to do to fix this. You and I have been given not one but two chances to make this work. Let's get back on track and make it happen. I know we did not get off in the best place, you and I but I am so glad that you are still trying to beat this beast we call obesity.... They say that confession is good for the soul....just laying it all our here....take away the secretness of the disease. You have made that first step to getting things back on track....and there is a lot of good advice that you have been given....you know what to do...you have been around this corner before....start now..I will keep you in prayer.
