NEWBIES - Food Boredom

That being said, I do understand how a person could get tired of eating the same old stuff day after day.
One tip to help with food boredom is to start experimenting with different spices. They can make a huge difference in the flavor of your food. You might want to try doing a Google search for recipes and ideas.
A chef on the Food Network named Ellie Krieger specializes in preparing healthy meals. http://www.foodnetwork.com/ellie-krieger/index.html
There's a poster on the main forum named Eggface who has a recipe blog with WLS-friendly dishes. I don't have a link to her page, but she posts often and usually has a link in her posts. She's cool. You'll like her.
Hungry Girl is a great website. http://www.hungry-girl.com/ It tells you how to make substitutions for sugary and high fat ingredients so you can eat stuff that tastes good but won't blow you up. Because the page is not specifically designed for post op WLS patients, you would have to double check make sure that all of the ingredients are compatible with your stage of post op eating.
Good luck!
Thanks for posting. Here is the link to eggface: http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/
