Post op how many times have you Yo-Yo'ed? What's the most you gained?

I have gained 4 times most weight gained was 15 pounds.....funny thing is when I lost it, I would get smaller than I was the last time...which gives me a whole new mind **** because now I am striving to get down that  lowest mark again..lol

Hey Ma.   I would throw in kiss smiley, but that avatar is too ugly. LOL.  I hope it's not a personal testimony.  How are you?

I gained 10 pounds after moving down here.  I got it off, but consistently deal with a 2 or 3 pound gain every other month.  I'll do liquids for a few days, up my fiber and water in-take, and stop eating after 9:00 p.m.  The 2 or 3 pounds will drop off until next time.

((((((((((((((((((Terri)))))))))))))))))) so is it safe to say that your window is 2-3 pounds? Once you see anything above that you get it right off?

Yes ma'am.

What's funny is that I can feel a 2 or 3 pound gain.  Five years ago a nukka didn't "feel" the 300 pounds I was carrying around.  How crazy is that?

I have yo-yoed about 4 times as well.  The most was 21 pounds.  My average is probably about 12-15 pounds.

No, I am still not at goal.  My goal is to be around 180-185.  I just want to be back in onederland right now.  I got a fill last month.  I had not had a fill since June of 2008 and those 21 pounds reared their ugly head.    It is my fault that I waited so long to get a fill.  I have not weighed since about a month ago...trying not to be a slave to the scales but also keeping myself in check by certain clothing.

We all rely on that clothes fit thing don't we....for some reason when I put on something that is tight it actually worse than seeing the number on the scale...okay I am starting to get depressed..I just pulled out my size 12's AGAIN yesterday..boo hoo

'25" pounds is the most I have ever gained in my 7 years of being post-op. Thankfully  I have lost '6" of those.
