I KNEW it every week I would step on the scale, HOWEVER I thought just exercising would help, however, we all know you have to do both.

Honestly when 190'**** That is what blew me away that is too close to 200, so I had to suck it on up. Although I have gained "25", my ultimate goal is to lose about 16 pounds, the 25 would put me a tad bit smaller than I want to be.

During the winter I tend to put on 10lbs. As soon as I quit drinking soda and whatever bad thing I started I can get it back off w/ exercise.

I was just talking about the seasonal weight gain with someone at work....I swear my body gains more at certain times of the year..and I swear I can get it off during the summer...and its not like I am that active!

I guess if I would incorporate more excercise I wouldn't be going thru this mess

D is your gain threshold (sp) 10 pounds?

Yeah the 10 is what I deal w/. I think mostly for me it's winter because I'm in the house...drinking soda....snacking like crazy on bad things whereas in the  summer I live on salad and fruit and I'm always on the move.

I gained about 12 pounds above goal once a couple of years ago.

Yes, I did, but it took a minute.  Had to go back to basics.  I still fluctuate a few pounds up and down, but I've been maintaining within 3 pounds of goal for over 2 years now.

Most of the time I do eat according to plan, but if for some reason I've screwed up and my weight is creeping up, I do immediate damage control.  For me, Monday is accountability day.  That's the day I record my weight in my Excel chart.  If by Saturday morning it's not where it's supposed to be, I go into super strict eating mode and get things under control.

this is the most I have gained - this 10.  i say ten because I never really 'bought' the 177 - i got there after my plastics - I don't really believe i was 177 - if that makes sense,

I had maintained 180-185 for almost a year - so that's where i want to get back to and stay - this being over 190 is NOT the good look and has me REALLY upset with myself.

Now - with this next round of plastics - I am intending to get back to 180 no doubt - and will have to fight to keep it there!

who told you mofos don't lose with plastics?  LOL  For me - my plastics were about MOBILITY as well - I had a hanging apron of skin that weighed 5-7 lbs!!!  I couldn't jog, run or do a lot of things easily or without discomfort - I used to wear 2 girdles whenever i was going out to hold everything in ....

After plastics - I could simply MOVE more comfortably - it's surprisingly freeing.  so I was able to lose more - and i intend to repeat that with this round of surgery.

and YES - I'm MAD AS HEYL - 200 is peeking over my shoulder and i am smacking that heffa every time she PEEKS!!!  LOL
