Got Another Post Op Question
that aint being nosey.....
No "small" children but my 18 y/o son and 11 y/o daughter eat like grown azz men! Shoot, if they were little kids, it would be easier for me cause I could feed them cereal, hot dogs and bologna sandwiches and they would be happy. I have to cook full course meals for my kids. They eat up every darn thing in the house, including "my" special low-cal, low fat stuff. Somebody even had the nerve to open up a can of my RTD protein shakes then tried to hide the open can in the back of the fridge.

I was asking because you are really doing well...I'm saying you cook every night and yet you only gained back 20 pounds ....I think that is awesome
Thanks....I don't know how I did it though cause they love junk food and I feed their habits . But, my son is probably 150 pounds soaking wet and my daughter plays basketball and is very athletic and active. Luckily, all my kids seem to have inherited their dad's genes and don't have any weight issues.
I have been cooking "my" kind of food for the whole family and they eat it with no complaints.
