I go mostly by my clothes when my 10's get too darn tight and those 3 pair of size 12’s that I own don't slip up and down but actually fit its time to get serious.
Honestly that 2nd year after surgery I was yo-yoing a lot because I got it in my mind that I wanted to be a size 4/6 and my body and HEAD is probably not meant for that. lol
Its really easy for me to do that so I am aware of weight gain. When I am not nursing a break up or something my barrier weight is 165 If it get over that NORMALLY I will reign it back in. I am actually in the midst of that swing back. I am taking it slow but aggressive if that’s possible I just weigh and I am at 166 my 10's are still snug and 8's are just nasty looking right now.
Thanks for the post!
