Aiight - most of us 'vets' been around a minute and probably met in person at some point - even talk outside of the board and BL.......

Do you feel comfortable telling one another that 'hey girl - you picking up pounds, what's going on with you?'

I ask because it seems so many of us recently have put on weight, but we been steady posting pics and shiot and folk just keep saying 'you look good' - but we really making note that 'damn - she eating on them cheeseburgers again'........

so - have you ever called somebody out - or is that the untouchable thing we never dare do with each other????

No matter how close I am to someone, I will not tell anyone that they are gaining weight.  I know that they know they have gained weight without me having to tell them or vice versa. I just come straight out...front and center and say when I have gained weight.  I can not hide it...it shows in my face every time.

I feel you BUT - if nobody knows 'that place' better than US - who better to let us know?

I would be mad for an everyday mofo to be like 'you got FAT' but if Cookie hit me on the BL and was like - your last pics were cute but you blowing up - I'd have to sit back and really know I need to get in the game - cause if NOBODY knows this game - it's US - so it's TRULY said to help, never to hurt.....

but shiot - I'm in the same boat - that's some shiot i have NEVER said to anybody!

Oh Lawwwwd... don't even bring Cookie AND/OR LaVerne out...these ladies will give you a serious beatdown but I know they do it out of love.

I take pics often and I am able to see it.  Some times I don't do anything about it, I just continue on eating because I say to myself...I am tired of this bull shiggidy.  But then, I remember how far I ahve come and I bring myself back in check and lose those 10-15 pounds AGAIN.  I have been yo-yoing for the past year now.  But I am not giving up.

NEWBIES:  Take FULL advantage of the "honeymoon phase" and eat only what you supposed to eat and exercise as soon as possible because when your window of opportunity closes...it closes hard and there is no getting the opportunity again in which you can really maximize the full potential your weight loss capabilities.

If somebody's gaining weight they don't need me to tell them.  They already know it and probably are kicking themself about it.  I would not wish to add to their misery.

Hell - I don't know about YOU but sometimes I tell myself that OTHER folk can't see it so I'm ok - knowing they CAN means my azz betta MOVE!!!
