I know I'm just coming back so I'm just kinda watching...but I was here some time before my surgery....had surgery....asked questions....I tend to go to the Lap band board or call the dr or google....BAF is like Fam....not that there isn't information here but the support is...for bariatric purposes as well as personal. This is a praying, calling, checking up on ya, bunch of folks!!!
I came and left and came back and left again and now I'm back. i didn't leave because of any one person or thing...life got busy and sitting in front of the pc wasn't always possible.
But one thing I learned early on....get in where you fit in & do YOU, be YOU. Yes there are circles of friends here (not using the word clique...we already had a big thing ova dat shyt) I didn't fit in every cirlce...nor did I want to...I have people I talk to b/l, offline and some I only see here.....If you ask me BAF hasn't change only some of the faces have.
But that's just my 2 cents!
