I Hate Starting Over......But It Must Be Done....

Got up early and took my vitamins for the first time in months...Yes you heard it right, months.

Put on my workout cloths and went outside and walked for 45 minutes for the first time in months...Yes, you heard it right months.

Now, here is the tricky part....EATING......

Still eating my ice...at least an eight pound bag a day...Can someone tell me how much that is as far as ounces of water?

Anyway, thank you everyone for your help.  Exposure is good for the soul.

Now, let me go and stretch out because I am in pain right now.

I DID drag azz into the gym - I ALMOST talked myself out of it but went ahead and put my work down.....
