Have you had a recent physical with labs? 

If you are eating that much ice, it sounds like you are severely anemic.

I was just about to say the same thing Taw.  My friend was going through that a few years back with constantly eating ice and thats when they found out she was anemic.   Good catch!

That is what this whole journey is about ... when you fall off, you dust yourself off and get back on.

The first step of any recovery is admission to the problem (identification).  All you have to do is keep it up.  Soon it will be apart of your daily life again.  I am at the same point where you are at.
