Carb coma
Trader Joe's has some soy/flax tortilla chips that are really good! Try em! I love those with some turkey queso. Of couse I had a different surgery than you and full fat cheese is right up my alley, but I don't see your choice as being so bad. IMO

Sounds like one to me. This is exactly what happens when I eat Dorito's and I mean only like 5. By the time I finish the 5th one and sit for like 3 minutes.... Girl it's lights out for like 20 minutes.
It really is scary so I do avoid Dorito's at this point... Listen to your pouch and the AFTER affects of what you eat.... Trust me, as time goes on, you will learn what to stay away from..... LOL

This sounds like dumping. It's hard to predict what will make you dump, especially when you're a new post op. My nutritionist told me to introduce new foods into my diet one at a time. That way it would be easier to identify what my pouch could not tolerate.
She also suggested to not try anything new while out in public just in case...

Your response to foods will change the further out you get.
Just so you know - sometimes your pouch might let you eat a partular food one day, but the next time you try to eat it, it might make you sick. I have no idea why.
FYI - sometimes people dump off fats too.
I feel that way after eating cereal or popcorn. On my "NOT" list now.
I think I've limited carbs for so long, I even get kinda sweaty & tired after a carb-splurge no matter how big or small.
Keep up the good work Highly Favored, love your attitude!
P.S. I'm new here, trying to show support cuz I've sure gotten a LOT outta the people here!
