At least you were smart enough to listen to your body and stop.  I think 21 minutes is pretty darn good especially when your knees are hurting.   Get some Tiger balm,  they have it everywhere and try the ice in the day heatng pad at night trick,  it worked for me.

Good idea on the extra day to give it a bit of a rest.

I'm still proud of you girl,   keep up the good work.

Then definitely I want to be Lee.  I need to be bad (I can think my way out of all bad things, expect for food)...how does one go about doing that....LOL!!!!
