How is everyone doing this fine morning (at least its fine here)? We got through another work week and another few days of this journey full of life lessons. And everyday is full of lessons.

My latest learned lesson? Don't let anyone, no matter how hateful, how spiteful, how anger-filled, pull you out of your element. If they add nothing to your life, dismiss them and keep it moving.
