L - no idea - probably Wendy's chicken wrap or chick fil a
S - yogurt, canned fruit
D - fried chicken   we are having a company picnic later today

shooting for 80 oz of water, all vitamins including calcium

All Vitamins
At least 64 oz of water today.
No workout plan

Dinner - baked chicken and steamed brocolli

I'm holding myself accountable and been doing pretty good. 

B~Slimfast lowcarb Vanilla Cream shake
S~Roast Chicken (about 4 forkfuls)
L~Not sure (maybe some chicken salad)
S~Blue Diamond Smokehouse Almonds (they're great)
D~Date nite... VODKA (no carbs) & diet sunkist... oh yeah.. some kind of meat & a lil veggies!
