B- Nuts and raisins....really did not feel like much..
S- Apple with Peabut Butter!
L- Salad/ tuna
D- don't know going to dinner and movie...PF Chang's most likely lettuce wraps. first time going.
Water...it's going to be 85 degrees so I should not have a problem getting in my water plus some.
Exercise..soccer with the kids for 3 hours.
all vitamins and supplements!!

Snack - 6 apple bites and peanut butter
Lunch - Stawberry Protein shake
Snack - Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Shake
Dinner - Grilled Chicken Salad
I've already done my 30 min walk away the pounds tape and will be hitting the outlet with my momma and baby girl today so that's another two hours of walking
I'm taking my vitamins now and sippin from the BUBBA KEG, got one for work and home!!!! Oh and you'd be proud I've frozen my protein shakes and will pack them in a cooler so I'll have at them at the mall with me!!!

L - BBQ chicken w/pickles, corn
S - cottage cheese, canned fruit
D - grilled fish, veggies
S - either a grilled cheese sammich (half) or nilla wafers and peanut butter
Water - 80 oz

AND gym time today.... in a couple hours - I'm still 'waking' up...... LOL
