Morning Yall

Today I have only EIGHT weeks left.  I had 2 controlled carb load days on Friday and Saturday because starting today I am going to get even more serious.   I have 2 months to go down 2 more jean sizes and at the rate i'm going I should be able to make it.

I started running everyday 2 weeks ago, I am going to start getting my arms more pumped for summer tanks, and I have to get more focused on my situps again.  So that means I have to make some 2 month goal calendars.

Oh when I was runnin the other day a girl told me I have no ass giggle and asked me how to tighten her ass,  yall know I was on cloud 9,  and A guy in school told me I look like I lost a ton of weight.  I was grinning for a hour and 15 min. lol
So I guess my hard work is paying off.

I'm still on my mission and I have tunnel vision.

Awesome,  Andrea.   I did P90X twice P90X Plus,  as you know and just let me warn you I didn't lose a dam pound I got heavier but I got great muscles so it was worth the trade off.   I love the X and will be doing it again when I return from Egypt.      You will find that you will get so much more buffed out with the X than you ever have in a gym.    Whatever you do don't miss days cause it messes up the effectiveness of the program.   It's hard but it's doable.

Make sure you get a pull up bar,  the band will not give you the muscles you want,  a deluxe pull up bar.

I was going to recommend that if you still have weight to lose you finish losing all your weight before starting the X because it stalled my loss so much and gave me a gain,  but I know how it is when you get a program, you want to start so do what you must.

yep!

i heard about the gain since u r building so much muscle but i'm ok with that because muscle will ultimately lead 2 more weight loss since metabolism speeds up w/ more muscle. so, i'm excited! can't wait!

thanks 4 info on pull up bar. wasn't sure what i was gonna do. i may get the attachment 4 my weight bench and do them on there. still trying 2 decide. hubby is gonna do it too and he is 6ft 5in so the pull up bar won't work for him because he's as tall as the door frame already and he doesn't like the idea of having 2 pull up his legs that much.

so,

we shall see!

Lesia, I'm so proud of you. I want to do the couch to 5k program. Did you do it outside or on a treadmill? I don't have any exercise equipment at home except for 5 lb. dumbells. Right now my allergist doesn't want me doing any outside exercise until my asthma and allergies are under control. I wish I was still a member of the Y but the price is too much right now. I may have to try to negotiate a price or something because I have bone loss in my spine and hips.

You are such an inspiration.
