Honeymooners...POSSE UP!
Lost 6lbs last week. Walked 2 miles everyday, but that will change this week (saw a huge snake). So I'm looking into other methods.
I'm getting all of my protien in and have increase my water intake. Had my 1st wow moment today
.... went shopping for "back to work" clothes and I bought 2 pair pants size 22...from a size 28 and 1x tops from a 3x. I was SHOCKED!!!!
44lbs gone forever!



My damn pouch is giving me the damn blues right now. I don't feel like eating, when I do eat I can't eat much and I'm semi nauseous. Good thing is I'm not eating carbs, bad thing is I am relying heavily on protein shakes. I know I'm going to hit a stall because I'm not really eating anymore.
I'm still walking though. I don't want to get off track too much. I was down 5 or 6 lbs last week.

Im down 2.2 lbs total since starting this challenge. Cycle is coming but a loss is a loss 
I went to the gym both days this weekend as well as today.
Im getting my water in trying my best to eat under or at 1300 calories a day.
Hoping for good things during this challenge.

In life, and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.
I know I'm all kinds of late. I weighed last Monday - 1 week into the challenge - and hadn't lost or gained a pound. Stayed exactly the same. My period was en route (I had forgotten) and arrived over the weekend. I didn't weigh yesterday because of that, but I'll weigh next Monday. My food choices could be better, but vitamins and water are good. Need to exercise more too.

Thank God for staying the same and not gaining. I need to get in more water/vits so I'll work on that and you work on better food choices. We can do this together!
I encourage all of us...............don't give up. Let's keep track of our weight loss so in the end we can say the "honeymooners" lost 500 pounds all together. That would be cool!!!
