Here's my Sunday menu:
B - Isopure - Strawberries & Cream protein shake (with fresh strawberries and 1/2 cup lactaid)
L - Vegetarian Omelet w/cheddar cheese
S - Orange, handful of walnuts
D - Broiled Tilapia seasoned with lemon pepper and jamaican jerk seasoning; collard greens topped with sliced tomatoes and red onions
S - Isopure Strawberries & Cream protein shake (with fresh strawberries and 1/2 cup lactaid); tbsp. of reduced fat peanut butter and an apple
80 oz. of water (almost done)
