Newbie
i'm a newbie myself so the advice i can give is limited. so i offer this:
be mindful when taking advice on what to eat and what medications/vitamins to take. you can talk to 10 different posters who had 10 different surgeons and get 10 different answers. since different surgeons suggest different things, listen to YOUR surgeon first. then consider what other posters have to say....don't take it for gospel, just consider it.
when you're fresh out of surgery, you'll be feelin a ways about things. just remember that tomorrow will be better than today. this will make sense when you wake up one day in pain and you're wondering what you did to yourself. just remember that tomorrow will be better than today.
congrats on your upcoming date and i'll let the older heads take it from here.
