Got all my exercise, water, and vitamins in all last week had a great week! I weighed in Saturday at 193.6!!!! But I'm up a few this morning! I am so mad that's the lowest I've seen in a very long time. But I'll get it off even if I have to starve myself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for keeping me on track. Have a great day.

I'm still on it!!!
I'm up 2 pounds this morning but I already know it's because I went waayyy off track this weekend.
I'm doing fruits/veggies only this week again. Got my meal for a couple of days planned out so far, still working on getting a consistent exercise routine down. Went to the doc last week and all my labs came back excellent! I'm no longer ANEMIC!!!! I just feel so lazy and no energy by the time I finally get home in the evenings - my eliptical is collecting dust.

I'm doing fruits/veggies only this week again. Got my meal for a couple of days planned out so far, still working on getting a consistent exercise routine down. Today is May 4th, Dang it's going to fast, slow down, i'm not ready yet. LOL.
I spent this weekend getting recommitted not that I uncommitted but I was beginning to slip and Becca helped me to realize that. I ran Sunday which I never workout on Sundays but I needed to because I have to keep my head in this game.
My eating is going to remain very clean and I will continue to run twice daily I'm hoping that I will get some results, even if they aren't the ones I want i'm hoping for sometihing.
I am really honestly going to try my very best to get my water in, cause I barely drank any water at all yesterday.

As for me...I lost 4 lbs. last week. It was a struggle...I had a dumping episode on Friday - cuz I did something really STUPID...that was on me.
I am re-learning my tool...she is really sensitive - which is totally unlike she has been for the past almost 6 years because I was not a 'dumper'.
The fresh fruits, vegetables, water, chicken and fish are definitely working for me; I will be happy when I am released to get my foot wet so I can go back to my water aerobics.

This really got my attention because I am having the exact same situation. Never had a problem with dumping but in the last 2 months I have had quite a few episode's ..... on things that never bothered me before (chicken (often), beef, to much fat, ..... etc.)

Pouchie is making me respect her ....... it's a good thing. lol

I am doing a "semi" protein train starting today and starting to walk (this is my favorite form of exercise) again since my toe has healed. I will take it slow starting out at 2 miles per day for 3 days per week and increase next week. Thanks for whipping us into shape and reminding us to do what we need to be doing to continually be successful.
