Vets - Front and center!!!!!

I am still in the game, my weight is the same but I did lose a few inches because I put on my size 14 pants from New York and Co. The last time that I tried to wear them I couldn't get them zipped.
I am now working out in the evening and because of the lateness of getting home, I only have time for a long bubble bath, dinner, and winding down. This leaves absolutely no time for grazing.
I am also spinning three times a week, which causes me to sweat like a slave  in the middle of a cotton field in July.

I'm holding!  Eating really good....with the exception of Lay's Hot & Spicy BBQ chips.  We're in the midst of tornado season so no outdoors exercise, but  unpacking and these stairs in my townhouse are giving me a workout!
Life is not about making it through the storm....but learning how to dance in the rain.

I know I am late. Don't know how long you all have been doing this but it sounds great. I'd like to join in. I'm not so much off track but need the accountability.

Labor Day weekend is my class reunion so this is right on time. Great idea ..... how do I sign up?

I would be honored to have you along for the challenge, ma'am!  I've been charging joining fees to these other brats - but since you are the one that brought me over to BAF - I'm waiving yours

LOL!!!!

The plan is simple - you have to make one.  No particular diet plan but everyone has a eating plan, exercise goals, water intake goals and a vitamin schedule.  We check in every Monday on how the previous week went.

......... hey in this economy u gotta make a buck where u can .... lol

and I whole heartily support nepotism when it favors me  lol

I'm doing Atkins, drinking 96 to 120 oz water daily, taking all vitamins and plan on exercising (walking probably) 3 times this week.  I'll be checking in on Monday.
