Why are men more secure with their bodies than women?

What's love got to do with it???  Kidding ...

But, I think even in the "I love myself" state  there is a certain something we get from others (men in particular) that makes that  "I love me" state feel even better.

Come on ... Men do it also ....  they may not be as vocal about it as women but, in there own way ....

 Key phrase "I love me".  First you have to love yourself in order to recognize how you should be feeling about yourself.

 Key word "better."  We all want to feel better about ourselves but shouldn't you love yourself first

And a lot of what you are saying is on point.   I've seen some brothers, however who are damned near obsessed with working that body.  And not pro athletes or anything like that either.  I guess it depends on the individual.

Then again, I've noticed since I've been on this board that i've never EVER seen a man talk about wanting to or even CONSIDERING doing plastic surgery. 

I guess for us its not that serious?
